We operate year-round and specialize in player development and training utilizing the following categories: Workouts • Team Practices • Private Sessions • Open Gyms • Games • Conditioning • Combines • Clinics • Camps • 3-5 Year Olds • Tryouts

Only members may play in our league games against other local teams, and only elite team members may play in our travel tournaments.
Games are a great chance for players to see how they've improved from week to week. Learning to compete is also crucial.
We have teams for every grade level that play against competition from around the Bay Area in events hosted by various organizers.
League games are once or twice a week on weekends at a local gym, and monthly travel tournaments are for our elite team members.
Local league games are either in Walnut Creek or Oakland, while our elite team travels throughout The Bay and around the country.
